Now this game is a classic. I remember playing this as a kid and just loving it. You are a descendent of a famous, but sadly dead, man by the name of Erdrick. Everywhere you go people talk about how great Erdrick was. Well, Erdrick was a guy that fought demons with a "ball of light." This being that is called "dragonlord" stole the ball of light and killed Erdrick. This evil dragonlord has hidden the ball of light in darkness. You must defeat the dragonlord and return peace to the land.

There is much to buy and discover. This is one classic RPG that is A+ in my book. If you haven't played this game, buy it. It's the most inexpensive of all of the Dragon Warriors. Sure, this game isn't as good as Dragon Warrior IV, but it set a standard. It was even given out free for a limited time by Nintendo Power for subscribing to their magazine. I remember getting pissed at this game as a kid and throwing it against the wall...(more than once too) but it never stopped working on me! Yea, violent bastard child I know @#%@!#%!@%
