If you've ever played "Yoshi," this game will look very familiar. It is somewhat like Tetris, in that the object is to match up the falling hats with ones at the bottom. A certain number of hats is required to be piled up before they disappear, unlike in Yoshi. A production by Bullet Proof, this game is actually not that bad. Ever remember starting up the old gameboy with Tetris in it? Well, do you remember that it says Bullet Proof Software at the beginning? Tetris <==>Hatris? Hmm...kind of sound the same.

While the hats are falling, you must maneuver the hats to the best possible place on the screen. The hats can switch places, but that's it. Nothing very fancy. This game isn't as easy as Tetris IMO. A fairly tough one to find, but not expensive. It's a great addition to your NES collection. I really don't have any great suggestions concerning where to find this one. Try ebay or your local flea market(s). I have seen it relatively cheap. I believe I've seen it on the net for around $15-20 with the box. Not bad for this rare game.

I give this game
