This is a production of American Video Entertainment. If you ever see an AVE game for cheap, you should get it because, in general, AVE carts are rare. This is definitely a Tetris clone. The idea is the same in this game. You must form a line made from falling blocks in order for them to disappear and you to live on. I am not sure why they used skulls for the title screen. I'm guessing it has something to do with the dead pharoahs in pyramids. Whatever. This game isn't so bad. I find it MUCH more challenging than Tetris by Nintendo. Here's a screen from the game:
