SNES Sample Cartridges

The following cartridges were found by a man by the name of Michael Mastropietro at a garage sale! Isn't that absolutely amazing? You never know where strange and neat things like these will pop up. Remember the test cartridges? Guess where those were found. A garage sale! The one pictured below is a sample cartridge for the SNES game "Hyper V-Ball." Sample cartridges can have multiple uses. They were made to show off games that were soon to be released. You may even remember playing a game that wasn't released yet at some video game store. Well, these are the types that would be used. Highly rare and collectible, since samples weren't distributed to the public.

The "Bust-A-Move" sample cart below was discovered at the same garage sale. Apparently, Michael didn't know this one was a sample until he further inspected it. He thought that maybe someone typed it up and placed it one the cart because the label had been ripped off or something. What a treat he was in for! I'm not sure what he paid for these carts in all, but I'm sure he didn't pay out the arse. I would post this as a brag, but this section makes up for it.

Below is a picture of the backside of the "Bust-A-Move" cartridge. The letters and numbers are as follows: B2-090A Michael is also currently in the process of testing out both the released versions of these games. He wants to see if there were any changes made. I'll let you know if there are any.
